Automated storage (AS/RS) is an important part of modern logistics system. It is a high-shelves warehouse system for storing goods in multiple layers. The automated stereoscopic warehouse maximizes the use of space, integrates logistics resources, optimizes logistics procedures, shortens the operation cycle, improves logistics efficiency, and reduces logistics costs. While building stereoscopic warehouses, the standardization of logistics are realized. It can guarantee the comprehensive management, control and distribution of goods with high quality and high efficiency. Therefore, the AS/RS system is a highly automated and informatized logistics system integrating multiple functions such as pick-up and delivery, storage and demand forecasting.
